The most general law in nature is equity-the principle of balance and symmetry which guides the growth of forms
along the lines of the greatest structural efficiency. – Herbert Read
“Break a vase, and the love that reassembles the fragments is stronger than that love which took its symmetry for granted when it was whole.” – Derek Walcott
My first visit to Symmetry was that of a lucky one, finding a parking lot right outside the restaurant.
Greeted by two dolls relaxing outside, I knew this is gonna be a special place.
The service staff is very attentive with a sincere service attitude.
Walking into the restaurant, I am further greeted by details of fine touches curated soulfully by Owner/Chef AbbyShayne Lim.
Having experience the cosy friendly interior, I would think the food is simple without any fanfare. But wrong I was.
Abby sourced ,as much as possible, organic produce and advocates a healthy way of eating.
The food is presented with much artistry, displaying the philosophy of balance which Symmetry represents.
I started my visit with a cup of coffee, then a light dish and end it off with a cocktail. So impressed by the place, I booked a seating for my Valentines day dinner.
A green initiative is in the plans for this soulful cafe/restaurant, follow us on Red Periscope for updates.
